\nMy studio\n<\/h2>
\nPilates exercises involve the whole body and is performed on spring assisted apparatus or a mat with possibility to use other small equipment.\n<\/div>
\nIn Bara studio, apparatus exercises are performed with autentic Pilates equipment manufactured by Pilates Scandinavia. Pilates Scandinavia is high quality, hand crafted company based in Sweden with long term tradition.\n<\/div>
\nI am very happy to teach on these machines as classical Pilates is designed to be the practice in its truest form. Apparatus provide support and resistance, allowing practicioners to deepen their workouts and achieve greater results.\n<\/div>
