I am a certified teacher of the Pilates method. In my intimate studio, I focus on individuals who are looking for individual exercise in a private setting.

Classes are tailored to meet the client's personal needs and achieve their exercise goals. If you are a complete beginner or advanced student in Pilates, I will strive to help you build strength, improve flexibility and develop your physical, and perhaps not only physical health.

I offer classes taught on traditional machines and also offer body weight exercises, which is an integral part of the Pilates method.

The method

“Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness”

Joseph Piltes invented his own method of physical conditioning, which he called "Contrology", i.e. Kontrology, almost a century ago.

Over the course of its history, this unique method has evolved, both by Pilates himself, and subsequently by his students, some of whom have become successors to this exercise system.

Today there are many different approaches to Pilates. From traditional to modern to hybrid versions combined with different forms of exercise styles.

In my studio I teach the classical Pilates method in its most authentic form, as created by Joseph Pilates himself.

Breathing is essential to our vital functions, so it's no wonder we focus on it in Pilates. I will teach you how to optimize and amplify your breath, leading to better oxygenation of your organs and muscles and a deep sense of well-being.

Each exercise requires great precision, both from the student and the teacher. Perfect technique and form will help you to progress more efficiently and quickly towards a healthy and balanced body.

When you practice Pilates, you gain control over your body through optimal concentration. We make sure that the movements are performed in a conscious and controlled manner. It is about the connection between mind and body.

One of the goals of Pilates is to help the body move optimally smoothly throughout the class without regard to the individual dynamics of the exercises.

Pilates requires concentration so that you can coordinate your body with your breath and control your body as you perform each exercise. This optimal concentration will help you go deeper into the stretch.

The main aspect of the Pilates method is the involvement of the centre of the body, where every movement you perform comes from your centre, which extends from the pelvic floor towards the rib cage.
